Chad’s Gold Coast Bucks Party looks like it was epic – ocean cruising, golf driving range, penthouse party, day club, and a shoey.
Now, an epic bucks party like Chads doesn’t just come about by chance. Chad’s crew looks pretty tight, and this bunch of 18 fellas went all out planning his stellar bucks party at Surfers Paradise.
The boys obviously had some inside help. They rolled up on Day-1 with Chad’s suitcase packed and dragged him out of a cafe. No doubt well staged, Chad was in the right place at the right time for the abduction crew to find him, pluck him from a seemingly normal morning activity and drag him off to the airport to commence Chad’s Gold Coast Bucks Party.
But not before giving him a few mini-drinks in the car park to set the mood for his next couple of days. All aboard the bus-of-the-sky, Chad looks super impressed while the lads chuckle away – no doubt thinking about the bucks party fun and festivities they have planned Chad’s bucks party.
Touch-down at the Airport for Chad’s Gold Coast Bucks Party, and the bucks party kicks off with lunch at a water-side restaurant. Sounds like a good start to the weekend if you ask us – if you’re in the Gold Coast, you might as well enjoy the water views!
Continuing the water theme, the lads headed out the back of Marina Mirage to jump aboard a bucks party yacht charter, provided by Ava Cruise Australia, to spend a few hours on the ocean.
There was food, drinks, laughter, dry humping, dancing and a shoey or two – yep, that’s the quintessential Australian celebratory beer out of a shoe. We just love being Australian, what a tradition!
We also loved that the bucks party organisers gave Chad a list of Bucks Party Challenges for Chad to work through and tick off over the course of the weekend. This is great activity, and can easily be enhanced with drinking rewards or penalties… get creative!
But eventually the sea-legs experience comes to and end the team moves onto some bucks party golf driving range shenanigans at Topgolf. Yep, it’s a bit of a hike to get to Topgolf from Surfers Paradise, but it’s well worth it. Chad had a few rounds of arm wrestling – obviously to warm up his swinging arm – and the whole bucks part enjoyed a few beers as everyone smashed micro-chipped balls into Topgolf’s giant targets.
Drinks flowing, clubs swinging, balls flying and the guy in the buggy ducking for cover… a bunch of bucks party fun was had at Topgolf.
But Day 1 was still not done yet! We have no idea where the boys bucks party accommodation was, but it looked pretty awesome. With a pool and DJ the lads partied on til the early hours of the morning.
The next day looked noticeably quieter as the bucks party crew settled into a hair-of-the-dog at Cali Beach Day Club. Cali Beach is known for turning on great day-time activities, providing a cool pool-side vibe to relax and chill, exactly what these lads needed after the huge day prior.
At Cali Beach, the bucks party settled down under an umbrella in a private poolside booth with views of the pool and close access to the bar. Although things were clearly a notch or two lower, Chad and his mates still looked like they were having a great time. The Cali Breach staff made sure Chad and the boys remembered what brought them to this pool side day club, snapping a pic with Chad as they wished him a Happy Bucks.
The final trip back to the Airport signified Chad’s Gold Coast Bucks Party was all-but-over. Happy but sad feelings for all of the bucks party crew. But talk about making memories!
One thing that is pretty clear is that Chad’s best man fulfilled his key best man duty of making sure the buck has the best time of his life before the best day of his life!
